The Department of Chemistry was established in the year of 2017. Initially ,the Department had no regular lecturer in the college but was backed up by Mr. K.Anand ’s services. He worked here from 21-06-2017 to 07-06-018 On Duty basis. He rendered his valuable services to the Department of Chemistry .The first batch students were greatly benefited. Later, by the appointment of regular faculty, his deputation has got cancelled.
The Chemistry Department provides the opportunity for an undergraduate student to obtain a thorough fundamental knowledge of all fields of chemistry. There are courses in the general areas of inorganic, organic, and physical chemistry. Laboratory experience is provided in Inorganic and Organic Qualitative Analysis, Analytical Methods, and Physical Chemical Measurements
We not only aim at theoretical knowledge but also provide the exposure to value based education to the students. So that, they can build their future in a better way. We strive to provide students employable skills for job opportunities in the fields of Education and Industry.
